Welcome to the registration for our 2024 Shortboards Boys Summer Camp Series. (A short board is a surfboard that is between 5 and 7 feet long, has an upturned nose, and usually has 2 to 4 fins. Ironically for our usage, the shortboard is thought to be more difficult to ride than a longboard.) The Shortboards Camp is designed for intermediate players aged 14 and under. Players should have at least one season of competitive volleyball experience and are ready for team competition.
There will be a 2-hour camp from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm with plenty of activities and plenty of water breaks. Each day of the four-day camp will emphasize a different fundamental skill to the sport of volleyball so every session is a full training course but more than one session will serve to reinforce what is taught at a higher level.
